You may have had one profound moment where you realized you needed to make a change, or maybe it was a combination of little moments over time. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">No matter what brought you to the moment of setting goals and <a href=\"https:\/\/devoutly.org\/journal\/15-ways-to-conquer-challenges-and-crush-your-goals\/\">getting serious about achieving them<\/a>, you probably realized pretty quickly that having goals alone isn\u2019t enough. I heard something that sounded interesting and so I thought I should do it.
